NoctyraCosmic collects only the minimum data necessary to provide and improve our service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

2. Data We Collect

Account Information

Email address and display name, provided during sign-up via Supabase Authentication (Google OAuth or GitHub OAuth).

Profile Data

Birth date, time, and location — used solely to generate your pattern readings. You control whether to share this.

Usage Data

Daily reflections, reading generations, compatibility analyses, and emotional pattern data — stored to provide personalization and history features.

Payment Information

Payments are processed by Creem. NoctyraCosmic does not store your credit card numbers or payment details on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • Authenticate your account and maintain your session
  • Generate AI-powered pattern readings and daily readings
  • Track emotional patterns and provide timeline insights
  • Process subscription payments via Creem
  • Improve service quality and fix bugs

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) infrastructure. All connections are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. We follow industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate NoctyraCosmic:

  • Supabase — authentication, database, and data storage
  • Creem — payment processing and subscription management
  • Vercel — hosting and serverless infrastructure
  • Google and GitHub — OAuth authentication providers

Each service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

6. AI Data Processing

Your readings and pattern data may be sent to third-party AI providers (DeepSeek, OpenAI) to generate insights. These providers do not train on your data. Data is sent only during active generation sessions and is not retained by the AI providers.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and all associated data
  • Export your data in a portable format

8. Cookies

NoctyraCosmic uses essential cookies for authentication (Supabase session tokens). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

9. Children's Privacy

NoctyraCosmic is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the service.
